A. The program is produced by a company called
Anajaa Consulting Services.
Anajaa Consulting Services has had many years of
experience in programming and databases.
Q. Will the program work with coffee breaks and
lunch times?
A. Yes, coffee breaks and lunch times can be inserted as you like, up to two
breaks per day.
Q. If I purchase this program will I get free
updates?
A. Yes, Once you have paid for the product you will be eligible for future
updates.

email address on your Contact form will I end up receiving spam?
A. No, The email address you give us will not be used for any other purpose
other than for contacting
you as requested by you or to notify you about updates to the
program (if you have purchased from

A. Yes, This site is run by the programmer - Anajaa Consulting Services, and
no one else has been
authorised to sell it.
Q. Can I use this program
without sending SMS's or emails, just as an appointment system?
A. Yes, You can use the program without using reminders at all or just have it
set for listing those who
need to be phoned.
Q. How do I
organise the SMS account?
A. This done via a link in the program, very simply if you want to continue
using MessageNet. You can
pre-purchase blocks of SMS's. Anajaa Consulting Services will
assist you with the MessageNet setup
if required. If you want to use another SMS supplier you will
have to organise this account yourself.
Q. Does my email program
need to be Outlook?
A. The email program has to be either Outlook or Outlook Express.
Q. Can my clients
choose whether to receive an SMS or email on nothing?
A. Yes - The program allows you to select either SMS or email or no reminder at
all.
Q. Can I use this appointment
program on my Mac?
A. At the moment this program is only designed to work with the PC environment.
Q. Can I printout a daily
schedule for my desk?
A. Yes, the Ezi-Appointment program has facilities for printing out your daily
schedule.
Q. Can I import existing
client into Ezi-Appointment?
A. You can import clients using the template provided.
Q. Is there a version
that more than on person can enter appointments?
A. At this time there is only the single version but in the future a multi
version will be available.
Q. Will it run on Vista?
A. Yes, it will run on Vista and WinXP.
Q. Can I use my own SMS
provider?
A. You can use your own SMS provider but we only support MessageNet.
Q. Can I send email
reminders?
A. You can send SMS, Email, Phone list or none.
Q. Can I set my own time /
breaks?
A. The system allows you to setup you own times and allows for two breaks, you
can set a client as break with reminder set to NONE.
Q. Does the data get backed
up?
A. The system has a backup system that you can run when ever you need to. Every
night basis would be the best but this depends on usage; however this will only
backup to your hard drive so an external back should be preformed on a regular
basis.
Q. Can I add extra users?
A. Yes, you can add users.
Q. Can I install it on to
more than one computer?
A. No, the licence is for one machine only.
